Kaisei-do Tokkyu-hin

Artificial Kaisei stone.
3rd stone of the groundwork used before Chu-nagura-do.
By Kaisei-do, the mark of Binsui-do must be removed.
Then the surface of the sword will get smoother and finer.
Using Kaisei-do Tokkyu-hin, you are able to whet the sword very fast and efficiently.
The particle is made uniform, so you can also polish the blade equally.
It is said that Shinogi-suji appears sharp by this stone.
