2nd stone of the groundwork, used before Kaisei-do.
By Binsui-do, the mark of Ara-to or Kongo-do must be removed .
On this stage it is important to make the shape of the blade, because the blade will not change it 's shape by other finer stones.
By the end of Binsui stage the outline of Hamon becomes visible.
Regarding to Binsui-do Tokkyu-hin, the particle is made uniform, so you can polish the blade equally.
It is little softer than Asahi Binsui-do.
