We accept refund for unused items. Please contact us within 3 days from delivery. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding shipping cost) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed. If the delivered item is broken or in bad condition, we will pay for the shipping cost. In case of exchanges or returns because of the customers' personal preferences, the customers are to pay the shipping cost for returns. Items must be returned unused and undamaged. You cannot return special order. |
